Education that meets women where they are
Intersectionality Women’s Programmes CIC (IWP) is a survivor-led, trauma-informed education provider supporting women and girls aged 14+ who are rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse, exclusion, hardship, or trauma.

We offer safe, supportive pathways into learning, confidence, and independence.
At a pace that feels right for you.

You don’t have to be ready. You just have to arrive.
Our MISSION
We close the gap between healing and independence by giving women access to education, tools, and safe spaces to rebuild their lives with confidence, dignity, and purpose.
Healing. Learning. Growing Together.
Our Impact
“IWP was born from lived experience to give women a place to heal, learn, and rise again.”
- Melanie Hibbert, Founder
