Support a Woman’s Next Chapter, One Qualification at a Time
Every week, women walk through our doors carrying the weight of domestic abuse, poverty, exclusion, and being overlooked. Many are not just survivors they are still surviving. At Intersectionality Women’s Programmes CIC (IWP), we offer something many services cannot:
education after trauma.
Not just recovery, but real, accredited learning that supports women to rebuild confidence, develop skills, and move towards independence.
What Makes IWP Different:
We are a survivor-led, trauma-informed further education provider.
We are not a crisis service we are what comes next. We deliver City & Guilds accredited qualifications, employability programmes, and wellbeing support in safe, community-based environments for women who are not yet ready, able, or safe to engage with mainstream education.
Who We Support:
Many of the women we support are facing multiple and intersecting barriers, including:
-
No recourse to public funds
-
Experiences of domestic or sexual abuse
-
Neurodiversity (including ADHD and autism)
-
Poverty, homelessness, or social exclusion
-
Disengagement from or negative experiences of traditional services
Too often, these women are overlooked. At IWP, they are seen, supported, and valued. We don’t just teach we walk alongside them.
