"We are not a crisis service, we are what comes next.” -  Intersectionality Women’s Programmes CIC

IWP is a survivor-led further education and empowerment provider.

We support women and girls aged 14+ who are rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse, hardship, exclusion, or trauma.

Our programmes are designed for those who are often overlooked:
women with no recourse to public funds, neurodiverse women (including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and Asperger’s), disabled women, those facing layered barriers or who've been overlooked by traditional services.

These groups face a significantly higher risk of abuse for example, 19.1% of people with neurodiversity report experiencing domestic abuse, the highest rate among all disability groups (ONS, 2021).

We offer a safe, inclusive space where learning, confidence, and healing come together.

We welcome referrals from professionals, partner organisations, and individuals. Once we receive your referral, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a short phone call, a chance for you to ask questions and for us to understand what support you might need.

If IWP is the right fit, we’ll invite you to an in-person meeting where we’ll co-design the next steps in your journey. Whether you're ready to gain qualifications, build skills, or just need a safe place to start again, we’re here to walk with you.

Every step is handled with care, dignity, and confidentiality.
