5 Week Empowerment Programme
Teacher Leading Discussion

The Rebuild & Thrive programme is a 5-week empowerment programme designed for women aged 18+ who are rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse, hardship, or trauma.

The programme supports women who may have no recourse to public funds, have experienced homelessness or poverty, live with mental health challenges, disabilities, or neurodivergence, and those who have been isolated or overlooked by systems and mainstream services.

This programme also forms part of a wider, longer-term empowerment and progression model currently being developed by Intersectionality Women’s Programmes CIC.
