​Our Empowerment & Thrive Workshop is designed to support women and girls directly or indirectly impacted by domestic abuse in rebuilding confidence, developing emotional resilience, and reclaiming their sense of self-worth.​​​
​
Through a combination of activities, discussions, and practical tools, women and grils will finish the workshop feeling empowered and equipped to navigate their personal and professional lives with renewed confidence.

This informed trauma-based workshop covers key topics such as:

Setting boundaries and healthy relationships

Coping strategies and mindfulness exercises

Building resilience and future aspirations

The 6 week workshops are tailored sessions for organisations, schools, and community groups. If you would like us to deliver a session for your group, please get in touch.

The workshops are being provided at various community hubs across Bedford, Central Bedfordshire, and Luton, with virtual options available.
We run workshops weekly, monthly and quarterly, both in-person.
