Community Workshops

Intersectionality Women's Programmes (IWP) CIC workshops are designed for women and girls aged 14+ who are rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse, exclusion, or hardship, especially those from intersectional backgrounds.

This includes women and girls with disabilities such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and Asperger’s groups often overlooked by mainstream services, despite facing some of the highest rates of abuse and isolation. For example, 19.1% of people with learning disabilities report experiencing domestic abuse the highest among all disability groups (ONS, 2021).

At IWP, we meet you where you are with care, respect, and belief in your potential. Our trauma-informed workshops offer a safe, inclusive space to reconnect with yourself, build confidence, develop life and employability skills, and take meaningful steps forward when you’re ready.
